Meet Our Management Team

	Mark Ernsberger President and Chief Executive Officer.
	Mr. Ernsberger joined Farr Associates as President and Chief Executive Officer in 1997 after serving as Branch Banking and Trust Company’s Manager of the Leadership and Development Department, which provides training and consulting services to the bank’s employees. While there, he guided the redesign of the curriculum in Management, Leadership and Personal Development.
	James P. Mooney (RETIRED - still active on special projects) Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant.
	Jim has worked with us for eleven years, and in his own consulting firm for nearly 30 years prior to that, helping organizations learn to manage and operate all their systems more efficiently and effectively. His clients have ranged from a five-person medical practice to Fortune 100 corporations, in both private and public sectors.
	Roger L. Cole, Ph.D. Vice President and Organizational Psychologist.
	Roger is a licensed Industrial Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of consulting, assessment, training, coaching, and teaching experience. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Tennessee, an M.A. in General Psychology at East Carolina University, and a B.A. in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served as an internal and external consultant, trainer, manager, and coach in organizational, team, and individual development. In addition, he has a strong background in managing culture change, leading & facilitating teams, individual and organization assessment, and process improvement.
	Denise Green, CPA Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

	Jerry M. Baumgartner, M.A. Senior Consultant and Psychologist.
	Jerry Baumgartner is a senior consulting psychologist for Farr Associates, Inc., specializing in Executive Coaching and Counseling. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, is licensed by the North Carolina Psychology Board as a Psychological Associate, and has 10 years of managerial experience with two companies. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the North Carolina Psychological Association.
