Personal Executive Development (PED)
Beyond coaching, Farr's Personal Executive Development (PED) delivers a robust process that includes a detailed Leadership Impact Study™, objectives planning, leadership development and of course executive coaching.

Personal Executive Development is our most comprehensive coaching process for those executives reaching for the next level of performance. It is often used to support executives in the most senior roles in the organization, and/or to prepare managers to move into those higher-level roles most effectively and efficiently. The PED process includes:
Planning and coaching session with the executive and the executive’s sponsor. This includes setting out the development and coaching steps, frequency, components, and agenda for the engagement.
Personality Evaluation. Using assessment instruments and interviews, we will help the executive understand his/her personality as a leadership instrument.
Leadership Impact Study. The Farr consultant will interview 12 to 15 people to gather and probe their perceptions of the executive’s leadership effectiveness. This data is then used to help the executive develop greater leadership impact and to improve the quality of his/her key leader-follower and team relationships.
The Intensive Executive Development Workshop or Senior Level Executive Development Workshop. The executive and coach would decide which of these five-day, intensive, and introspective workshops are most appropriate for their leadership level and goals.
Personal coaching, feedback, and evaluation meeting. This day-long session integrates the data and learnings from all prior process components.
Feedback to Managers and Peers. This is a meeting, or series of meetings, where the executive delivers on his/her PED process commitment by, meeting with the people interviewed, explores and responds to their feedback, and enlists their support in his/her continued leadership growth and development process.
On-going coaching sessions. The Farr consultant, either face-to-face or by telephone, provides continuing insights, counsel, and feedback to maintain the momentum of the change, until it becomes self-sustaining.
