3 Day Workshop for Intact Groups
Entry to mid-level managers and supervisors learn to articulate and execute leadership decisions for the purpose of effectively coaching and creating greater workforce engagement.
Who Should Attend the Foundational Leadership Dynamics workshop?
Many leaders are chosen to join the management or supervisor ranks because they have excellent technical backgrounds and knowledge in their industry. Many however, have not had the chance to grow their leadership skills. Even for experienced workers, assuming a leadership role for the first time can be a challenge.
In the Foundational Leadership Dynamics workshop,
participants will learn to:
